Applications and characteristics:
JZ115 series catalylst for steam gaseous hydrocarbon reforming and energy saving is a calcined, with nickel as is used in the upper part of a primary steamer tube of an ammonia plant operated at an lower to carbon ratio, it is also used in the whole primary reformer tube.

Operating conditionsfor JZ115 series catalyst used in primary reforming and hydrogen preparation processes of commercial units:
1.Inlet gas temperature of the primary reformer tube: 400~650℃
2.Outlet gas temperature of the primary reformer tube: 650~800℃,
3.Outlet pressure of the primary reformer tube:from atmosphere to 4.5Pa.
4.Steam to carbon ratio: 2.5~4.5
5. Feed gas space velocity((carbon space velocity):
1,800 ~ 2000h-1 for the large sized ammonia plants,
~1000h-1 for the medium and small sized ammonia plants
6. Content of CH4  in outlet reformed gas components:
